Rates & Services

Standard Rate $55.00 per hour/1 hour minimum (for the hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM)

Night and Weekend Rate $85.00 per hour/1 hour minimum (night hours between 5:00 PM and 8:30 AM, work started before 5:00 PM is billed at the standard rate)

Travel charge - $.75/mile for every mile more than 5 miles outside the Lamesa city limits, $50 maximum charge

Most problems can be fixed in about two hours or less, however some problems do take more time. We strive to turnaround a computer in 24 hours or less. Free estimates provided.

We provide service in Texas to all of Dawson, Gaines, Martin, Terry, Lynn, Borden, and Garza counties.

We do provide service outside of these areas on a case-by-case basis, but please contact us to confirm availability if you are located outside the above counties.

On-site Computer Repair and Service

Hauling in your computer when it needs service can be inconvenient. So when you need computer help, Trouble Shooter Computer will come to you. In many cases, we can fix your computer on the spot. Sometimes we might need to take it in to our shop, but don’t worry. We offer free pickup and delivery for every computer we service.
